Detailed description of goods and/or services


Cloud 9 Vapery is a certified business in the vaping industry that retails, wholesales and distributes electronic nicotine delivery systems together with nicotine based and non-nicotine based E-liquids and tools and accessories relating to these products.


Delivery policy


Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed and dispatched within the same day if ordered before 11:00 AM. This will be done the next day should an order be received after 11:00 AM. Cloud 9 Vapery uses The Courier Guy to deliver your goods. Tracking numbers for goods dispatched will be sent to customers via email and can be tracked using The Courier Guy's website. A shipping fee of R115.00 will be charged for each parcel sent. These parcels will be shipped overnight to major centres. Customers in outlying areas should expect goods to arrive within 2-3 working days. Please note that requests made after 11:00 AM on a Thursday will only be shipped out on a Monday.

The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.


Return and Refunds policy


The provision of goods and services by Cloud 9 Vapery is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Cloud 9 Vapery will refund the client
in full within 30 days.

If the wrong products / products not specified by the customer are accidentally shipped out, please let us know telephonically within 24 hours. These products should be left in original packaging, unopened.

Cloud 9 Vapery will not refund opened E-liquids, Pre-built coils, and devices or other products with physical damage or water damage. All returns should include all parts that were shipped with each product. Should any part be missing, we will not accept the return. We will not consider any returns, refunds or exchanges unless shipped to our door (Please use a door-to-door courier).

Devices that are defective by manufaturer will be sent back for repairs. We do not provide courtesy devices for the waiting period.


Customer Privacy policy


Cloud 9 Vapery shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal
information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

Payment options accepted


Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Cloud 9 Vapery bank account, the
details of which will be found at the bottom of the page.


Card acquiring and security


Card transactions will be acquired for Cloud 9 Vapery via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African
Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the
website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details separate from card details


Customer details will be stored by Cloud 9 Vapery separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is
South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility


Cloud 9 Vapery takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website,
customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.


Country of domicile


This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Cloud 9 Vapery chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under
this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

Variation


Cloud 9 Vapery may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
